I never thought that the summary for this book sounded interesting, and I wasn't go to read it, and I read a million excellent reviews, but I wasn't going to read it. Then I saw it on the shelf at the library, so I read it, as you do, despite the 80 other books already on your TBR list.
And you know, it deserved every one of those excellent reviews. I don't buy the concept--the factions, I just can't imagine humans ever breaking things down like that. But it was such a well-built world, that didn't even really matter. I was invested in everything I was supposed to be invested in--the romance (I have a total crush on Four), Tris (the protagonist), the entire world.
It was a serious page-turner, and those nearly-500 pages flew by. I'm already eagerly awaiting the second book, which, as far as I can tell, doesn't have a release date, yet.
