This book was just as amazing as I'd heard it was, which is--I've heard really really good things. It was a little hard for me to get into; I've been reading all teen novels all the time, and I have a hard time sinking into novels with no mystery and no romance. After the first hundred pages or so, I was gripped. Here's what you need to know: this is the first book in a series. There is no ending. It does not end in a way that is satisfying. Don't expect an ending.
I didn't know that. I was expecting everything to be wrapped up. I was pretty disappointed that it wasn't. I am an instant gratification sort of person, and I'm really tired of reading books that are parts of series that I had no idea were parts of series until the damned book was over.
Having said that: amazing. Read it.
